THOMAS SMITH 24th May 1746

THOMAS SMITH of NICHOLLS ........to his wife MARY, estate called the
BROOKHOUSE. On her death to Rev V Vernon Rector of Shrawley and his brother
Richard Smith until his younger child is 18 using rents and profit for benefit of all
his children until youngest is 18
Then if wife dead or married again to son Thomas Smith who is to pay £10 to each
of the other children except if he marries with trustees consent. If he refuses to
pay or marries without consent then it is to go to other children.
Everything else to his wife.
